Shipping Charges & Delivery Times
Shipping Charges: Shipping (regular ground mail) and handling charges are based on the dollar amount of the merchandise.
Areas that are not serviced by regular ground mail will receive an e-mail quotation with shipping options and rates.
Delivery Times: Please see the chart below for approximate shipping times. The following times are for standard ground shipping only.

Tracking Your Order A tracking number, along with a direct link to track your shipment, will be sent in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Payment Options Belle Couture F.W. accepts the following payment types for online orders: Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
NOTE: You do not need a PayPal account in order to use their services. You can choose to use it to safely process your credit card at no additional cost to you. All you do is:
- Select the PayPal option at checkout
- Click the green “check out with PayPal” button
- In the page that comes up (instead of logging into PayPal or signing up for an account), click the link on the left side of the screen: “don’t have a PayPal account? No problem, continue to checkout”
- You will be taken to a screen where you can enter your credit information to safely complete your order
Shipping Internationally
Shipping to the U.S. Add the items to your shopping cart and proceed with "Shipping address USA". Orders shipped to the U.S. are billed in CDN funds. CDN pricing, including all applicable taxes and shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
Please note: the shipping and handling fees we quote do not include any customs or duty charges applicable to your order.
Out-of-Stock Items Please note that most of our bags are one-off designs, i.e. exclusive one-of-a-kind items, once an item is sold, it could be produced in a similar but not identical fabric.
If an out-of-stock item is ordered accidentally, we will alert you in the confirmation e-mail and ask how you would like to proceed.
Shipping Status You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another to inform you that your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Return Policy We do not accept returns or exchanges. HOWEVER….. if over the course of the first 30 days after delivery, your beloved bag should fail due to a construction defect, do let us know! We will gladly repair it, the thought of having an ill bag out in the world saddens us deeply.

The following items cannot be returned because of the nature of the product:
